Strategic Cross Examination Course

The National College of District Attorneys is pleased to announce this newly designed course, presented in two centrally located regions this summer!

This program consists of three (3) full days and one half day of presentations, discussion workshop and presentation workshop format you have come to appreciate at the National Advocacy Center. We are partnering with local law schools in the regions to facilitate these segments. Prosecutors will work with case scenarios involving four types of expert witnesses: medical doctors, psychologists, DNA experts and toxicologists. Those attending will be handling the types of cutting edge issues prosecutors face on their dockets daily with technical and scientific experts. For those offices who wish to use asset forfeiture funds for training, please note one of the charges the prosecutors will work with involves a methamphetamine case. There will also be 1.5 hours of ethics and professionalism.
