Assistant District Attorney

Location: Rutherford County, NC

As a District Court prosecutor, this ADA will prosecute infractions, misdemeanors and felonies.  He or She must be able to work closely with law enforcement officers and other court officials as a team; identify the strengths and weaknesses of each case; determine and achieve the appropriate case outcome; interview and assist victims and witnesses; write and file motions; conduct hearings and bench trials; and run a court docket quickly efficiently, professionally, properly and compassionately.
