The State’s Attorney’s Office for Prince George’s County is seeking experienced attorneys to fill general- and grant-funded positions. Assistant State’s Attorneys’ responsibilities will include working with local, state, and federal law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute violations of State law in Circuit Court, including firearms, human sex and labor trafficking, and other serious offenses.
The ideal candidate must be an active member in good standing of the Maryland Bar, and will possess a minimum of five (5) years of legal experience, including significant trial experience, and outstanding written and oral advocacy skills. Prior prosecutorial experience is strongly preferred, but is not required. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
