Location: Nashua, NH

POSITION: Police Attorney
DEPARTMENT: Nashua Police Department
HOURS WORKED: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
AFFILIATION: UFPOPOL
STARTING SALARY: Grade 16, wage dependent upon experience

PRIMARY DUTIES
Responsible for providing legal research (particularly difficult and complex issues) for cases brought before the Nashua District Court; will be actively involved in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of these cases; will suggest policy changes or training to avoid future legal issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a member of the NH Bar Association. Criminal trial experience is preferred.
