Veterans Committee

NDAA is proud to announce the formation of a Veterans Committee, co-chaired by Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery from Arizona and Franklin County District Attorney Matthew Fogal from Pennsylvania. The Committee will be charged with examining ways in which our Nation’s veterans interact with the criminal justice system, whether as a defendant in a case or as a prosecutor in the field.
NDAA will take a closer look at ways to assist veterans such as the creation or expansion of specific treatment court programs or wellness initiatives for prosecutors who have previously served. If interested in serving on this committee or if you’d like to share your story or expertise, please contact NDAA Executive Director Nelson Bunn at
