The National District Attorneys Association serves as the voice of America’s prosecutors on Capitol Hill. Through continued advocacy, engagement with criminal justice stakeholders and solicitation of ideas and input from its members, the association is able to provide the prosecutor perspective on issues including human trafficking, drug policy, forensic science, domestic violence, electronic evidence, asset forfeiture, child abuse, juvenile justice and many more. The association hosts an annual fly-in event featuring a full day of speakers from the Administration, congressional offices and federal agencies, followed by a full day of NDAA members visiting with their congressional delegations to discuss issues impacting their communities.
NDAA is happy to provide assistance in setting up meetings for prosecutors visiting Washington, DC and routinely provides legislative updates to its members through the View from the Hill publication. For more information or help with any policy-related questions, please contact NDAA’s Director of Government and Legislative Affairs, Frank Russo.
