NDAA Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy:

As the COVID-19 situation continues to unfold, NDAA is temporarily adjusting its cancellation, refund, and substitution policy. NDAA will gladly offer training course attendees a credit for the full course amount that can be applied to a future NDAA training course later in 2020 or in 2021. Note, NDAA regrets that cash refunds are not available. Please submit all requests to NDAA in writing via email to Project Coordinator Metria Hernandez at mhernandez@ndaajustice.org.

Anticipated CLE credits will be 20 hours including 1.5 hours of ethics. All attendees will receive a Uniform CLE Certificate at the end of the course. Attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. Attendees representing other disciplines should contact their reporting agencies for more information.
