The course, brought to you by NDAA’s National Traffic Law Center, is designed to assist prosecutors, law enforcement personnel, judges, court clerks, motor vehicle administrators, and other allied professionals with vested interests in CDL enforcement and public safety. By identifying where potential breakdowns in communication exist and identifying common misconceptions about CDL prosecution, we will be able to focus on ways to improve public safety, educate our enforcers, and save lives on our roads.

Pursuant to the Federal Travel Regulations only “out of town” (your home or workplace must be over 50 miles from the conference site) attendees are eligible for reimbursement of travel expenses. If you are 49.9 miles away, you will NOT be reimbursed for any of your expenses.
Estimated Continuing Legal Education Credits: 14.25 CLE Credit Hours
All attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. At the conclusion of the course and after completion of the electronic evaluation survey, all attendees will receive a uniform continuing education certificate that they may use to report their continuing education hours to their state bar or reporting agency. Questions regarding CLE can be directed to CLE@ndaajustice.org.
This course is open to traffic safety stakeholders.
*Pursuant to guidance from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), NDAA’s National Traffic Law Center reserves the right to restrict attendance at its events to ensure the delivery of training and technical assistance consistent with the core purpose of the grant which is to facilitate the proper adjudication and reporting of Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) violations.
