Evidence for Prosecutors

NDAA invites prosecutors from all levels of government and all jurisdictions, as well as our law enforcement partners to our Evidence for Prosecutors Course. This course is open to prosecutors in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices, paralegals who work in these offices, and investigators and law enforcement officers who work in prosecutors’ offices or with the local law enforcement agency.

Special Discounts:

  • The first attendee from an office pay full tuition, then each additional attendee from the same office will receive a $50 discount when registered at the same time.
  • Multidisciplinary teams of three or more disciplines will receive a $50 discount on all registrations. Please email the Course Director Candace Mosley or Project Coordinator Cierra Jenkins with your team members’ contact information in order to receive the discount.
  • All active military members will receive a 10% discount on the course registration. Military members are not eligible for the $50 team discount.

NDAA Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy:

Please submit all requests to NDAA in writing via email to Cierra Jenkins at cjenkins@ndaajustice.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the NDAA event to receive a full refund.  Full refunds cannot be approved for requests received after this date.  Should you need to cancel your registration less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the event, a 75% refund will be granted with a written request.  NDAA regrets that refunds will not be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event or for no-shows.  Note, registration fee credit can no longer be applied to a different NDAA course or event.  However, substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Should another office member want to attend the course in your place please contact Cierra Jenkins at cjenkins@ndaajustice.org.  

 

Anticipated CLE credits will be 24.75 hours including 1.5 hours of ethics. All attendees will receive a Uniform CLE Certificate at the end of the course. NDAA is an approved provider for the California State Bar – California attorneys will be able to submit themselves for CLE credit. NDAA will apply for CLE credit in Tennessee and Ohio. Attorneys from other states seeking CLE credit should contact your state bar for more information. Attendees representing other disciplines should contact their reporting agencies for more information.
