Prosecutors’ offices are entrusted with many responsibilities: community safety, protecting the rights of the accused, and collaborating with many organizations and agencies.  Elected and appointed Attorneys and First Assistants lead these offices and responsibilities.  NDAA’s Executive Course is crafted to provide guidance, as well as a platform for prosecutors to share ideas and programs with their colleagues around the country.

Special Discounts:

  • The first attendee from an office pay full tuition, then each additional attendee from the same office will receive a $50 discount when registered at the same time.
  • Multidisciplinary teams of three or more disciplines will receive a $50 discount on all registrations. Please email the Course Director Kristi Browning or Project Coordinator Cierra Jenkins with your team members’ contact information in order to receive the discount.
  • All active military members will receive a 10% discount on the course registration. Military members are not eligible for the $50 team discount.

Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your registration, the fees paid may be credited toward any other NDAA training within twelve months from the date of the original cancellation.

NDAA adheres to a policy of non-discrimination in admissions and administration.

Anticipated CLE credits will be 20 hours including 1 hour of ethics. NDAA will apply for CLE credit in Virginia, Tennessee, and Ohio. All other states will require the attorney to self-submit using their uniform certificate provided at the end of the course. In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in prosecution or law enforcement. Hotel Rates
$251.00 – Single/Double – plus tax

  • Room rate includes complimentary high-speed internet access in guestroom
  • The hotel group room rate will be applicable three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the official group program dates based on availability
  • Complimentary access to Health Club/Workout facility

Rooms will be guaranteed by the guests’ major credit card or first night’s deposit. The deposit becomes non-refundable or the credit card will be charges if the guest does not arrive or cancels after 6pm local time on the date of arrival.
