Intellectual Property Enforcement Webinar

The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in close collaboration with the U.S. Department of Justice will be conducting a one hour webinar for members of NDAA. The webinar will review various types of intellectual property laws, including patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets and highlights the health and safety concerns associated with violative products, namely, counterfeit and pirated products.

A U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor will discuss best techniques and practices to build effective cases against counterfeit violations.  The webinar will also discuss underlying policy considerations in enforcing criminal intellectual property laws.

This webinar is free to all NDAA members.
