Designed for prosecutors beginning their careers, this unique course is a blend of lectures and small discussion groups. Lectures cover trial skills and advocacy essentials but also include substantive topics common to this experience level.
NDAA invites local and state prosecutors with less than a year up to three years of experience to join us in vibrant San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf on March 25 – 28, 2019.

Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your registration, the fees paid may be credited toward any other NDAA training within twelve months from the date of the original cancellation.
NDAA adheres to a policy of non-discrimination in admissions and administration.

Anticipated CLE credits will be 25 hours including 1 hour of ethics. NDAA will apply for CLE credit in Virginia, Tennessee, and Ohio. All other states will require the attorney to self-submit using their uniform certificate provided at the end of the course.
