The Forensic Evidence Course is designed with the entire prosecution team in mind! The challenges facing prosecutors, local law enforcement, investigators in prosecutor’s offices as well as the laboratory professionals seem to be increasing exponentially with the use by defendants of 21st-century sources of evidence. With the variety of forensic evidence that must be collected, processed and retained, there is a need to make sure that prosecutors and their teams know the ins and outs managing complex, 21st-century evidence.

• Trial Techniques in Cases with Complex Scientific Evidence
• Preparing for the Ballistic Expert

ELIGIBILITY: NDAA Invites prosecutors in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices who have tried DNA cases and are seeking advanced training on the complex scientific and trial strategies aspects of these prosecutions.

The National District Attorneys Association (NDAA), with the assistance of the American College of Trial Lawyers Foundation, is able to provide tuition assistance for Prosecutors who would like to attend our courses. Anticipated CLE credits will be 20 hours including 1.5 hours of ethics. All attendees will receive a Uniform CLE Certificate at the end of the course. Attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. Attendees representing other disciplines should contact their reporting agencies for more information.
