CLE: 1.00 Credit
For a generation of lawyers trained on “sink or swim,” the next generation of lawyers can be difficult to understand. At the same time, recent law graduates who believe in the mission of state and local prosecution are stepping into a high-stakes and rapidly changing legal career in the midst of a global pandemic that seems perfectly designed to prey upon every weakness and insecurity they have. How can we span this generation gap, reduce burnout, and develop the next generation of prosecutors to improve the criminal justice system? Join John Hollway, Associate Dean at Penn Law and Senior Fellow at Penn’s Positive Psychology Center, to talk about the science of engagement and how it can be leveraged to improve morale and outcomes in your office.

Continuing Legal Education Credits: 1.00 hour
NDAA has applied for CLE credit in Pennslyvania, Tennessee, and Virginia based on state requirements and guidelines. All other attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. At the conclusion of the course and after completion of the electronic evaluation survey, all attendees will receive a uniform continuing education certificate that they may use to report their continuing education hours to their state bar or reporting agency. Questions regarding CLE can be directed to Project Coordinator, Courtney Jan at email@example.com.
NDAA’s mission to serve and support prosecutors and their staff. In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution: NDAA invites prosecutors, lawyers and paralegals in local, state, tribal, federal and military government attorneys’ offices. If you are not sure about your eligibility, please contact Project Coordinator Logan Silverman firstname.lastname@example.org.
