CLE: 1.00 Credit

For a generation of lawyers trained on “sink or swim,” the next generation of lawyers can be difficult to understand.  At the same time, recent law graduates who believe in the mission of state and local prosecution are stepping into a high-stakes and rapidly changing legal career in the midst of a global pandemic that seems perfectly designed to prey upon every weakness and insecurity they have.  How can we span this generation gap, reduce burnout, and develop the next generation of prosecutors to improve the criminal justice system?  Join John Hollway, Associate Dean at Penn Law and Senior Fellow at Penn’s Positive Psychology Center, to talk about the science of engagement and how it can be leveraged to improve morale and outcomes in your office.
