Webinar
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET
60-minute presentation
Leadership is not just a title, it is an action. The earlier an organization develops future leaders by empowering people to take on responsibility and learn coaching techniques, the better the overall morale and competency of an office. Promoting teamwork and encouraging individual leadership skill building will benefit everyone, including the victims and communities we serve.
Whether you have a formal leadership “title” or not, practicing good manners and taking care of others by offering support can make anyone a valuable leader who serves others. This webinar offers the opportunity to enhance your supportive skills through listening and empathy to become a strong leader regardless of your position in the office.
