Annual Membership Types

NDAA membership is open to those working in the prosecution field, as well as individuals seeking justice for communities and working on behalf of victims.

Elected or Appointed Prosecutors: As the lead attorney in their office, these members pay dues based on population size. (see chart below)

Associate Members: Includes assistant or deputy attorneys, military prosecutors, international prosecutors, investigators, administrators, and support personnel, as well as executive directors and training coordinators of offices providing statewide prosecution services. $95

Law Library: $95

Law Student: $25

(States that have 100% of their elected/appointed prosecutors join NDAA, get 10% off the membership dues)
