Part Two: Prosecutorial Considerations

Prosecutors must take an active role in dealing with hardcore offenders as effective prosecution cannot occur in a vacuum.  This segment discusses the ethical issues facing prosecutors, the importance of maintaining the integrity of the offenses charged and the differences between a traditional approach and a more effective comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach in dealing with hardcore drunk drivers.
