Whether it is an ounce of marijuana, a prescription drug case, or a multimillion dollar shipment of cocaine, this course will assist you in overcoming the challenges in the investigation and prosecution of these cases. Investigators and prosecutors are invited to join seasoned faculty and colleagues from across the country to learn about the current issues in drug cases.
Course Information
CLE: Anticipated CLE credits will be 15 hours including 1 hour of ethics. NDAA will apply for CLE credit in Utah, Virginia, Tennessee, and Ohio. All other states will require the attorney to self-submit using their uniform certificate provided at the conclusion of the course. Eligibility: Open to all supervisory staff in prosecutors and government attorneys’ offices, i.e. lawyers in local, state, federal, tribal and military prosecutors’ offices, administrative professionals, paralegals who work in prosecutors’ offices and investigators who are employed by a prosecutor’s office.
