Live Webinar
Join us on October 29, 2024, for the next session in NDAA’s Trial Advocacy Academy – 101 Series, focused on Opening Statements. There is evidence that a juror’s initial impression of a case is consistent with their ultimate verdict, making the opening statement a critical part of the trial process. The opening statement is an opportunity to preview the evidence for the jury by telling a story that sets the stage for a guilty verdict.
In this webinar you will learn the power of storytelling, effective theme development, and the importance of identifying universal values. The presentation will help you to establish the structure of a good opening statement and provide techniques for effective and persuasive delivery, all to prepare you to craft and deliver a winning opening statement no matter what type of case you are trying.
Whether you have tried one case or 50, this is a webinar that you will not want to miss!
