CLE: 1 Credit
Preparing and presenting a visual trial is a time-consuming process. The payoff in court is well worth the effort. Over the course of our speakers’ career, he’s received positive feedback regarding his visual trial presentations from juries, judges, defense attorneys, police officers, Medical Examiners, Lab Experts, and civilian witnesses.
Join us as Pat Muscat walks us through the visual trial basics: tools, software, strategies, ethics, and persuasion. He will also address some of the new technology that has helped his office continue to be productive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This course is pending approval in Pennsylvania but has been approved for CLE credit in Georgia, Kansas, Ohio, South Carolina, and Virginia. NDAA will not be applying for CLE credit in the state of Texas. Many states will allow attorneys to receive CLE credit for virtual courses that have been approved in one of these states through reciprocity or self-submission. Please speak with your CLE accrediting body to ensure that they will allow you to self-submit the course for approval if your state is not listed above.
GoToWebinar will log each attendee’s “time in session” for the webinar. All attendees who sign into the webinar and complete the session will be sent a copy of the PowerPoint presentation, speaker biography, and a Uniform CLE Certificate from NDAA staff following the event.
Attendees must self-submit this course for approval in their home state. All attorneys are responsible for any fees associated with CLE filing. Attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar associations for more information. General questions or additional information regarding CLE credit can be directed to Project Coordinator Metria Hernandez at firstname.lastname@example.org.
