October 11, 2022

Webinar
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET
60-minute presentation
CLE: 1.00 Credit

In this webinar, we will discuss the topics of what the line staff really want from their supervisors, the often misconceptions between managers and attorneys, creating realistic expectations and better ways to dialogue and improve workplace relationships and communication.

Mary Ashley has been a prosecutor with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office since 1998, having served as a Deputy, Lead Deputy, Supervisor, Chief Deputy and Assistant District Attorney.  With over two decades of experience on “both” sides, and currently serving “back on the line” as a Deputy in the Specialized Division, Mary brings a unique perspective to the dynamics between managers, attorneys and bridging the gaps, along with addressing the generational differences and embracing change.
