This course will provide attorneys the ability to utilize revolutionary 3D technology to enhance courtroom presentations for crime, crash, and fire investigations. During this course, we will explain the history of laser scans’ acceptance as it pertains to Daubert, court acceptance of 3D data, and the security of digital hashing. It will also demonstrate how to use a scene2go deliverable and video fly-through. Lastly, this training will provide information on preparing for witness testimony when utilizing the 3D data in the courtroom.

Continuing Legal Education Credits: 3 CLE Credit Hours
NDAA has applied for CLE credit in South Carolina, Ohio, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Virginia based on state requirements and guidelines. All other attorneys seeking CLE credit should contact their state bar for more information. At the conclusion of the course and after completion of the electronic evaluation survey, all attendees will receive a uniform continuing education certificate that they may use to report their continuing education hours to their state bar or reporting agency.
