You managed a well oiled, fast paced, victorious campaign!  Your stated goals and visions for change for your new staff, office structure,  constituents  , community stakeholders and victims were met with understanding and appreciation.  You’ve just been sworn in …now what??

Come join NDAA’s seasoned faculty members as they share their experiences, successes and challenges .  This course will provide you with practical lessons for a successful first term.

Eligibility

NDAA’s mission to serve and support prosecutors and their staff. In consideration of this commitment, NDAA requires that all those in attendance of our programs currently work in or work closely with prosecution. Full Virtual Series (CLE  Credit Hours 11.75)

Member – $587.50

Individual Sessions:

Session#1 – $82.50 member and $90.00 non-member (CLE Credit Hours 1.50)

Session#2 – $68.75 member and $75.00 non-member (CLE Credit Hours 1.25)

Session#3 – $55.00 member and $60.00 non-member (CLE Credit Hour 1.00)

The National District Attorneys Association (NDAA), with the assistance of the American College of Trial Lawyers Foundation, is able to provide tuition assistance for Prosecutors who would like to attend our courses. Please find information regarding scholarship eligibility and the application process here.

Continuing Legal Education Credits: 11.75 hours

This course is pending approval in Georgia, Kansas, Ohio, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Virginia. NDAA will not be applying for CLE credit in the state of Texas. Many states will allow attorneys to receive CLE credit for virtual courses that have been approved in one of these states through reciprocity or self-submission. Please speak with your CLE accrediting body to ensure that they will allow you to self-submit the course for approval if your state is not listed above.

Zoom will log each attendee’s “time in session” for the webinar. All attendees who sign into the webinar and complete the session will be provided a copy of the PowerPoint presentation, speaker biography, and a Uniform CLE Certificate from NDAA staff following the event.

Attendees must self-submit this course for approval in their home state. All attorneys are responsible for any fees associated with CLE filing. NDAA will gladly offer training course attendees a credit for the full course amount which you or an office colleague can use for the rescheduled course or a future NDAA course of your choosing prior to September 30, 2021. As always, substitutions are accepted at any time. Note, NDAA regrets that cash refunds are not available.
